Updated performance, refined components, bold new graphics, and race-ready innovation across Cobra’s youth motocross range.
Cobra Moto is proud to introduce its 2027 motorcycle lineup, featuring meaningful performance, durability, and rider-focused updates across its championship-proven youth motocross range.
The 2027 lineup includes the CX50JR, CX50SR, CX50FWE, CX65, CX3E, and CX5E, each updated to deliver the competitive performance, precision handling, and confidence young racers expect from Cobra.
For 2027, Cobra focused on refining the details that matter most on the racetrack. Across the lineup, riders will find updates to braking performance, chassis rigidity, suspension settings, engine components, drivetrain durability, battery technology, and rider ergonomics. Bold new graphics and updated seat designs complete the unmistakable look of the 2027 models.
The CX50JR receives updates designed to improve responsiveness, braking, rear suspension performance, and overall durability, making it an even stronger platform for young riders beginning their racing journey.
The CX50SR builds on its proven race-ready foundation with a lighter cylinder, increased frame rigidity, improved brakes, and updated chassis components for a more responsive and predictable feel.
At the top of Cobra’s 50cc range, the CX50FWE receives extensive refinements, including updated engine components, polished transmission gears, improved braking, and chassis updates engineered for riders competing at the highest level.
The CX65 advances Cobra’s championship-winning 65cc platform with updates throughout the engine, clutch, frame, braking system, and rider interface. A lighter cylinder, updated frame and head tube, new Formula clutch master cylinder, and refined clutch components help deliver improved response, control, and durability.
Cobra’s electric lineup also moves forward for 2027. The CX3E and CX5E feature updated battery technology, new fast chargers, revised chassis components, improved braking, and enhanced protection. These updates build on Cobra’s race-proven electric platforms while helping riders spend more time riding and less time waiting.
“Every update in the 2027 lineup was developed with one goal in mind, giving young racers the performance, confidence, and durability they need to continue progressing,” said Phil McDowel, Chief Engineer at Cobra Moto. “Cobra motorcycles are built for competition, and the 2027 lineup continues our commitment to developing the next generation of champions.”
